As my small business grows, it becomes important that I am upholding my policies to ensure I am operating the business at it’s best and being consistent at all times. • Every client is required to fill out a Client Consult / Intake Form upon arrival to ensure the best quality of your service
• To uphold the safest environment possible, we kindly request only those receiving services be present in the service areas.
• Children are not permitted in the treatment room.
• All services and products are non refundable.
We do NOT accept checks. We DO accept AfterPay, Cash, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand life happens and sometimes things are out of your control. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give a 48 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. We are always happy to help you in rescheduling however, a last minute cancellation makes it hard to fill your original appointment with another client. If you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged a $50 fee. Clients who no call no show will be charged a $75 fee and risk being refused future services. We understand rare circumstances and emergencies can occur and we are more than willing to work with you during these times.
LATE POLICY:
Out of respect for other guests scheduled, please be advised that if you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to fit in your entire time with us however if it causes us to run late for another guest, your appointment will be modified and conclude at the original scheduled time and you will still be charged the full amount of the service. If you are running late, please text (253)686-4767 right away to verify there will be enough time to accommodate your service or if it needs to be rescheduled. If it needs to be rescheduled it will be considered a last minute cancellation and will result in a $50 fee.
